School Health Guidelines to Promote Healthy Eating and Physical Activity
Released by the CDCs Division of Adolescent and School Health, the Guidelines provide evidence-based recommendations for healthy eating and physical activity in schools. There are nine guidelines included in the report, and each is accompanied by suggestions for implementing the strategies, to help schools put these ideas into practice.
