This material promotes physical activity as a way for children to build and maintain healthy bodies, control weight, handle stress, increase self-esteem, and enhance learning capacity. The intention of this brochure is to encourage teachers to incorporate physical activity into math, spelling, reading, language arts, science, and computer lessons. Included are physically active learning games that can be played in the classroom. Written on the 9th grade level, this brochure includes colorful pictures, creative ideas, and a list of related websites. Overall this material is very informative and creative, and should be well received by teachers.
