Comments:
This concise brochure is intended for young adults who may be engaging in too much exercise. The material explains in an organized manner the signs of unhealthy physical activity and gives the reasons why some people exercise too much. Written on the 9th grade level it may be inappropriate for some populations, but it contains several tables of information that are easy to read. This material is geared toward a unique segment of the population, but one that should not be overshadowed. The brochure provides a list of resources persons can get assistance, and offers an Exercise Quiz to help individuals determine if they have a problem.
