This 2-page booklet is intended to get sedentary adults to start thinking about becoming physically active. It lists the benefits physical activity and includes a section where participants can write down their future exercise plan. On the back cover are resources that would be helpful to persons thinking about becoming more active. The booklet lacks graphics but is short and to the point with an eighth grade reading level. The list of physical activity benefits covers all spectrums of health and wellness and should get people thinking about becoming more active.
