Comments:
The goal of this 6-page booklet is to assist adults in adhering to their physical activity program. It contains tips on how to make time for exercise at home, with family, and while traveling. It includes a section where you can write obstacles to your program and then solutions to those obstacles. Goal-setting techniques are included with a place to write down two or three of your own goals. The brochure has a great deal of useful information, but is written at a ninth grade reading level and has no graphics to keep your attention. The last page includes a personal wellness contract to be signed by the individual performing the program and a witness. This is very creative and instills a sense of commitment to the program.
